Charlie was highly recommended by my renovator, Rob to install the Thermann instantaneous hot water system and change all the gas piping. Firstly, he fixed the plumbing pipe that was broken in my bathroom while renovating. Not long after that, my hot water system broke down. He sent his staff, Chase who did a very good job, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They worked from early morning till evening making sure all the hot water is working. Job well done. Charlie was a perfect plumber. He “came to my rescue” in the early hours of the morning to fix the toilet and at the same time check everything else out just in case. He wasnt rude and was a good worker. I recommend him 100%%%. Super happy…. cause i can finally use the toilet ahaha

Charlie worked till late in the afternoon on a Sunday to fix my emergency blockage in the drains. He identified the problem, fixed it and kept me updated throughout the process. Really good quality work with advanced equipment. He was also very polite to the kids who were very interested in watching what he was doing. Would definitely recommend.

Just had the boys come out on a Sunday afternoon to clear a block sewer and they were fantastic highly recommend there services, job took no time at all to complete and they explain what they were doing through the whole process and cleaned up when the job was done.

I have just had some plumbing work done by Charlie . He found the broken storm water pipe , under some pavers and repaired it , without any fuss and cleaned up afterwards . Charlie was prompt when he took over from another plumber who did not complete a difficult installation job. He did such a fabulous job in repairing the previous plumbers bad work and complete the installation. Saved us thousands $ from getting ripped off for a sewer blockage issue whilst another plumber identified as pipe/joint damage under the house.
